During checkout, select one of more than 3000 locations for delivery.
Wait for delivery. You'll receive an SMS text message when ready.
Collect with said SMS and your ID. Go home and enjoy your new stuff.
How to return a product using our online returns option:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable/refundable items:
To complete your return, we require a order number or proof of purchase mailed to email@example.com.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to customer error/loss, will not be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
CLEARNACE ITEMS (if applicable)
Unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: BAGD via courier: Our return address will be provided.
If products are correctly fulfilled by Bagd & you would like to exchange this product - We would be happy to exchange your product but keep in mind, Cost's are all on you!
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
